I worked in banking, earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and then moved into the Automotive world as a product engineer and project manager.
Early on, I learned that while details matter, execution matters more, especially under pressure.
After spending a dozen years in the automotive industry, I built and managed a specialized machine shop, getting my hands dirty whenever the team needed assistance.
The business grew from nothing to $15 million in annual sales. It taught me what real work looks like on the shop floor.
After selling my company, I worked as a restructuring consultant, supporting businesses ranging from $5 million to $500 million in annual revenue, in Europe, the UK, and the US.
One major highlight was turning around a U.S. production plant.
